Featured Small impasto oil on board

Hi all,please any ideas on the signature and thoughts on this little painting itself? I don’t know if it is the initials and surname or name and surname. Looks like one long word to me. But I was thinking maybe something like Delia Sioter? (Most probably not correct) Still trying combinations. It is 30cm x 40cm. Thanks for any comments

 

Found a SA artist Delia Crozier.. but it’s not her.

Im now wondering could these (that I previously posted)perhaps be by the same artist? I see Jozef also painted water colours. I thinking it very well might be. I got them at the same charity shop but at different times. Thanks again for the help and identification.

 

@ Boland.I think that the two paintings appear to be by the same artist.- possibly J.C.Wallace or C.J.Wallace to my eye,but unable to attribute them.But neither appear to be by Josef Wasiolek.
