    It looks like the thick brushy stripes/letters were painted over the original signature.

    Not sure what’s going on with the signature,the last black letters possibly looks like Beal (as Johnny said) But I can see what AJ is saying.
    Looks like there was something written in the first white part? But I really like the painting.
