Please don't take it apart, after a couple of centuries it is meant to be like this. Don't fiddle with history.

Besides, even if you were able to take it apart without any damage, what would you achieve? You would have a spoon with the tip of the handle broken off and a hole drilled in it, and a silver sleeve with the tip of a European silver handle. Then what?

I was also wondering how Alaska suddenly entered the scene, when it has an Irkutsk connection. Irkutsk has a very interesting ethnic and cultural history, even more diverse than Alaska.
My first thought was that it is a local spoon from the region. Evenki, Chuvash etc.

If a spoon is used for a long time by a right handed individual, there will be more wear on the left side of the spoon's bowl from rubbing on the bowls it has been used in. This would make it asymmetrical.

If the cross hatching does represent shelters, there is no reason to go so far as North America. The Evenki, as well as other Siberian groups, make conical shelters similar to American Indian tipis, and at particular times they would assemble in larger gatherings.

"During winter, the hunting season, most camps consisted of one or two tents while spring encampments had up to 10 households."
