More fun: a vintage children's toy, with great color and great movement. The front and back wheels are off-kilter to make him wobble, and the middle wheels rotate the balls on his back. :D:D:D

Some child loved that, and it's great just for the colors.

Yes-- I will enjoy it for a while, and then pass it along--- maybe, say, in the month of December....

I have a lot of modern jewelry to tag, bought some lots at various places. These were about $1 a piece. FW pearls and gemstones.

I'd be holding onto the garnet cross too. The corals...someone was asleep at the switch! The costume clasp must have fooled them. I've had the Creed rosary before; it should be easy to move.

No, there are dealers whose goods I pick....they really don't know all that much about jewelry. I think I am keeping the coral necklace, too. I sold my last sterling Creed rosary too cheap, marking this up a bit. There was a sidewalk sale in one of the shore towns recently, and they were blowing out sterling, vintage and new, like crazy. Because they focus on extremely fine jewelry, and sterling is like costume to them. Next year, I'll be there the first day of the sale.

if they're giving away sterling rosaries for a dollar, definitely go back and get there early.

Lady just dumped jewelry on a table at a flea market. She got there late in the day. The biggest shark was already filling a bag. He did a double-take when I pulled the rosary out. I filled a bag for $30. I always get there early and constantly walk up an down the rows because people set up late.

@Marko reminded me I wanted to post this rosary I found while rummaging through the drawers. Again, no clue as to when or where I acquired this beauty.:rolleyes::smuggrin:

It has multiple things in its favor. :D:D

The crucifix & medal are both sterling. The beads are a combination of cone-shaped & round. It also has these unique rectangular links scattered throughout the rosary. However, the biggest surprise was its size!! It measures 27 inches long!! :jawdrop::jawdrop: I have never seen one that long except the black ones some nuns had attached to their habits.
