Day of The Dead Skeleton ?

Wanted details on the winged version of these ~ any particular meaning to these which sets it aside from the regular non-winged examples ?

 

Drew, for some reason (on my computer at least) your photo is not showing. There is a big red X where the photo would be. Are others having that issue?
