The cardboard disk is ~29.5cm diameter; the 20 Saw Tooth Wire samples are ~6 to 8cm in length. Made in England, the illegible stamped information on the back is probably the name of a US distributor.
These weren't intended for cutting anything; this saw wire was for 'clothing' the cards used for processing wool & other natural fibers in textile mills during the late 19th C. My research hasn't gone much further, except that I've sent an inquiry (via www) to P&C Garnett (in Cleckheaton, I think) which has yet to generate a response.
A small delight is the stated availability of these various saw profiles in either mild or cast steel. At the top is the line "a few examples". I can only wonder just how many variations were offered during the zenith of woolen textile manufacturing. Thanks for lookin'!

I don't think that's terribly old. Those two-digit postal codes were used from World War II until 1963.

Above "P.O. Box 15". It reads "Boston 10 MASS".

So that display is originally back-marked with a pre-1963 postal zone...I thought (hoped?) it was older...sigh.

Wow, well found Debora. Good spotting that.

Either way, it's a drop dead gorgeous advertising piece. Such a great display, would be so attractive on a wall somewhere!
