Floral ceramic jewellery

Hi, I've dug out a few other items during my clear-out that I hope somebody can help me with information about. These two pendant are at least sixty years old, if it helps, and neither has any markings. The small one I thought was glazed (that's assuming it's ceramic), so I put it in some soapy water to clean it, but it paled and I think it might even be a tad not so hard. The larger one was always in the plastic casing.
Have any of you seen necklaces like these before?

 

The first one is a type popular in the 1980s. The ceramic and ceramic-style roses were everywhere. The other could be 60 years old without too much trouble. No idea whodunnit.

 

If it was popular in the 1980s, it could have been around before then. Can they be associated with a named style, a country or anything, and are they indeed ceramic, do you think?

 

Originally they were. Later..who knows. It was associated with the 1928 Jewelry Company, who I think originated it, and they went into business in the 1980s. The style was copied and still turns up. It's difficult to say where it came from.

 

I came across this name Premio De Artesania Mercedes but can't find a website - I keep getting results for the car brand... Has anybody heard of them?
