    It's about 4 to 5 inches long with a red wooden handle. 20251008_130900.jpg 20251008_130825.jpg

Ok,so I clicked on the small picture. If anyone knows what it is, I'll be happy because I have one and I've never known what it is. It was in my mother's kitchen stuff that I have now.

I believe that is an ACME brand, it should be labeled on the metal portion. The handle should not be wood either.the handle I believe is bakelite so please do not put it in the dishwasher as my son did!

My Grandmother had it, she gave it to me, my son wanted it so he has it now. Drives me crazy they put everything in the dishwasher!

I'd think 1940s-ish because of the red but could be wrong.

Hey I am known for using things not meant for tools as tools. So I would call it a tulip/deep apple corer. I do know apple corers came in different sizes. Sadly, it is getting harder to find very large apples.
