This one is 14 3/4" long, the shallow bowl is 4 3/8" by 3 1/4"; where the handle joins the bowl it's ~1 1/4 thick, the same as the 'vented' section of that handle. Weight is ~10 oz. The bowl might hold 3 oz, but no more. Again, there are no tool markings, but there appear to be several places where a router or shaper has created clean radiuses (the 'hook' for hanging on a pot-edge is one example). It's symmetrical in many ways, leading me to believe it is mostly machine-made. I think it's lovely, but that handle is clumsy in use...so I don't, much. Your learned comments an' suggestions are, as always, most welcome. Thanks for lookin'!
