Need help with Cranberry vase

Hello! Back again asking for help with this cranberry glass vase. It is just over 8" tall and features 3 floral cartouches around the body. Any information as to maker and time perion will be appreciated.

It's a pretty vase. Normally, I would say it was one of those that goes under "Bohemian". But the vase doesn't appear to be hand painted. The center flowers look like a decal. So I am stumped, unless it's Chinese or ???

 

Here is a close up of the flower cartouche. I'm stumped. I can "feel" them which does indicate a decal, however they look hand painted and all 3 are a little different. I cab also see "paint pools" on some of the flower petals. I can't feel anything on the gols detais around the flower panels. What do you think?

 

It looks quite like this one that still has a Bavaria label. Perhaps you can tell if it looks like yours.
