I know it is an eastlake dresser but I have no other idea as to exactly what I am working with... There is a square mirror that also belongs to the piece but the owner has not been able to provide it to me at this time. The dovetails appear to be hand cut and the only makers mark that I can find are what I can only assume are a assembly instruction on the back of the second drawer down as shown in the picture. Any help would be greatly appreciated

This is a factory-made piece circa 1880. You will never be able to document the maker without a label or an exact match to a catalog page. Dovetails are machine cut. Wood looks like ash to me but suppose it could be oak. Handles appear to be original. Carving on front is what is called spoon-carving. Overall style could be called Eastlake.

Awesome thanks for the information. Overall it is in pretty good condition. The drawer slides are hanging up on all 3 drawers and one of the original casters is missing but otherwise there is no real damage.
