    I've not seen faked Picard candelabra? Imitated, yes, but faked...?

    Thanks for the comment. I guess I was thinking fake because I couldn’t find anything about him hand signing his work. A lot of his work was stamped H. Picard. So maybe an earlier piece? Also do you have any recommendations for an antiques appraiser. Thanks

    THIS set on liveauctioneers has the same type of mark. I've no idea how it may relate to age but it does make one think older... Though perhaps it's simply marked that way because the base is a material other than metal. (Just a suggestion/guess.)

    (EDIT: Funny, after I posted this reply, I tried a google lens search on your Picard mark and it is quoting my suggestions!)
