Featured Small painted portrait bowl?

    Hi everyone! This morning I found a sale that was advertising quite a bit of crystal. I went there on a whim and ended up purchasing antique jewelry. This was the only non-jewelry piece that I purchased. I know nothing about it. I just liked the look of her. Some of the jewelry I bought was rather old, so I thought maybe she is antique too.     The painter of the bowl turned her hair into a Dutch 'sluiermuts' (veil cap), like this one from Vlaardingen, South Holland:
