Both 14k stems. The one with sapphires and diamonds is at least 18k on the white section. It is my second favorite piece from this morning. I am thinking the yellow gold pin part was added later?
The all yellow gold pin I feel is unusual. What is it? Just decorative?

I was wondering if maybe something was supposed to go on the loop part! Thanks!

It was definitely on a watch chain. The bar pin was a fashion item, probably 1910s.

I was wondering if the pat. Nov. 15 12 means 1912.

Yup. I've seen those patent dates before.

White gold was used to set off white and blue stones, just like silver was used on earlier pieces. But yellow gold was the standard colour. So having a yellow gold pin back with white gold for the setting is not unusual.
