I thought this one was a good one. Mono-chrome, but ok. It's nearly 12" (29 cm) tall and has good 'lines.' Eagle on top of Beaver.

I'd love to hear if you agree:

    Thanks for any comments!

    Wow-- that's spot on.

Yeah-- I frequently see those more quickly-carved ones, often with paint, for $45, $55, $65 and even higher. Crazy.

Whenever I find one for under $10, I buy it and put it in a box. Someday, I'm gonna have a real collection.

Could well be Jimmy John, but like this, many or most of his are unsigned, so attribution is less certain than it might be. I'm not entirely sure that the Maynard's one above is by Jimmy John, or just by another carver who was influenced by him.
But in any case, yours is a perfectly good "vintage tourist pole," and most likely by Jimmy John.
See another Jimmy John pole, and some biography, at Fine Rare Northwest Coast Nuu-chah-nulth Totem Pole by Jimmy John Circa 1920 | Richmojoe Gallery
Note in particular the slanted ovoid on the side of the bottom figure on Richmojoe's totem, and compare to the slanted ovoid on the sides of your bottom figure.

My totem I believe is carved by Leslie John about 1970 and stands 21 inches.
