Hi all,who is the artist of this fine watercolour painting? I read maybe S.P Durkinn? Size is 55cm x 33cm. Really beautiful work. Thank you for any help

It is a river or canal barge, but not specifically made for the Thames imo.

I see something like "Brooking." And, yes, should be a known artist.

I will give that and some variations another try.

 

I have a friend whose last name is Drabkin, but with only one n. I'm not convinced it's by a known artist. I had a collection at one time of lovely little watercolors like this by very talented 'Sunday' painters.
