Can anyone translate this Asian writing? Please

    This little (I guess it's sauce dish) is signed in blue underglaze but also says Pagoda China which helps none.. can't find a thing marked as such. Anyways it has a lot of writing on the inside and wonder if anyone could translate? Also perhaps help with age? I'm wondering if it's an export piece and the red stamp was put on later for that purpose? Is it Chinese or Japanese? Thank you!!

    The writing on the inside is generally some sort of poem and doesn't really help with any ID. I think you're looking at the middle third of the 20th c., but that's a guess. The blue design on the outside is a bat for good fortune.
