    well definately hand made, i can even see the rod-scar which is often annoyingly difficult to photograph :) not a design i recognize though, but quite nice~

    Someone on Ebay is selling jugs like yours as Jamestown Glass and since they are in Williamsburg, VA I'd think it likely. This is a photo I snatched from the website and it looks like they make or have made a jug your shape at least in purple.
