Two posts in a day! With the coral set I posted elsewhere, I picked up this set. I am assuming it is a decorative / bridal from South Asia (probably India, Pakistan, Afghanistan...) and perhaps dates to the latter part of the 20th century (1970s?). Anyhow, these are the guesses of an amateur. I look forward to any insights from the experts.

    With warmest regards,

The bells are the a design I associate with India. The filigree could be Indian, Afghani, Pakistani, Turkish, Chinese.... The clasp looks Indian so I'd start there.

"Cannetille' is a term you can use to search. More hoity-toity sources seem to reserve it for Georgian era gold, but it has come also to be used for silver work like this.

The set is Indian, probably 1970s. These are also imported in the Middle East.
Cannetille is the name of the technique. It was used long before Georgian times, for instance on 16th-17th century Dutch gold or silver buttons. It is raised filigree, so 3D, often with wire spirals and granulation. In this case only the granules with the wire spirals are cannetille, but I would call the entire jewel filigree.

Cannetille usually has a more elaborate construction. Below are some examples of cannetille.
