I looked around the internet and I think it might be Bischoff Glass. Some don't have the controlled bubbles, but seem to be the same shape and have the pontil scar on the bottom.

    Here are some links:

    eBay item number: 161457957347
9-1/4" in Diameter, 5" in Height

Art Glass Bowl Ruffled Amethyst Bischoff (Controlled bubbles, no sticker label)
    eBay item number: 321881019129
Approx. Measurements 9.75" across rim and 5.25" in height

Retro Orange Bischoff Ruffled Glass Bowl (no bubbles) eBay item number: 391210973892
has a Bischoff Glass sticker...4 inches high and 7 1/2 inches across the top...

BISCHOFF GLASS PURPLE BOWL RUFFLE EDGE WITH ORIGINAL STICKER (no bubbles)
