    6° Reggimento di Fanteria, formato in Parma il 17 ottobre 1859,

    But I think it could be the 61st Regiment (Brigata Sicilia), that was stationed in Parma (1919-1937)

    You may be right. The information available on the internet is confusing. @Snowman Cometh could/would you post a larger photograph of the photograph? The insignia on the uniforms might be helpful.
