Featured Glass paperweight like item... older, right?

    Found this for $5, the glass is a little scuffy on the top so not sure how valuable for resale, but it is seasonal at least. Any idea when it was made? 1940's? I like that it has two owls on it.

    Older than that, these go back to the nineteenth century. And very saleable. I’d have grabbed it for the owls.
