I've had this lovely piece over 20 years, but I haven't found any similar KPM decoration. A dark skinned mother and child, rolls in a basket, and the endearing smile on the child holding the bread board. The KPM marks seem legit, but has anyone seen a KPM item similar?

I would also guess mother and child.
And I think peaches in the basket. Rather yellow, but they do have that bum shape. The child is holding two different things, no idea what, but neither looks like a bread board to me.
She could be taking a selfie with her right hand.
I can't see her figure, her apron is in the way. Her face looks adult to me.
