Featured Help with artist of pretty floral painting?

I saw this at a thrift store today and was immediately drawn to it by its colors, and when I did an image search of the signature & name plate it came back Roberto de los Rios - an artist whose works had sold everywhere it seemed!
Plus my friend told me I had to hurry up because he was going in a donation pick up, so I asked how much and paid the $40 he told me (as well as a 1867 needlepoint sampler and 2 terracotta tribal masks) - I didnt even notice the name on the back across the frames top piece! Which looks like 'Ma del Los Ros' (definitely not Roberto!)
Does anyone know anything about her?
The framers sticker says Venezuela.
Also across the back of the canvas written in what looks like pen, is Cuarertonas, which Google translates said is Spanish for "Women in their forties' !?
Maybe the title??

It's got interesting use of color saturation, increasing toward the deep red (are they Carnations?). I like it, too!

 

The artist's name is Maria Cecilia de los Ríos. The C.I. is her national identify number.

The frame shop was located in a new-ish middle class urbanization of Caracas. Had a gallery. Suspect sold there as a decorative piece in the traditional style.
