Take it easy, no need to overdo things, your recovery and pain management are much more important. I know there is no way to speed up recovery, but I hope you will be as comfortable as possible, and get the right meds against the pain.

And as Bronwen said, read the funnies. Not only do they take your mind off things, but laughing releases that natural morphine: endorphines.

All good advice above. Your physical and mental health should be your priority. But please don't abandon us completely.

Ack! Sorry to hear this! Take care and take pain meds! Also, my only word of advice is to follow all the physiotherapy advice and exercises after it heals. This I know from personal experience, LOL.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

@Ghopper1924 , so sorry to hear of the injury! Take care, and take time to heal! We hope to hear more from you when you're able.
