Interesting Art Nouveau pottery lady vase, any idea of origin or maker?

    Hello! I thought this jug was interesting (7.5"H x 6.5"W) but can't seem to find out much about it! Very nicely done lady faces in the Art Nouveau style on either side, only marked "R3" on the base. Any and all info appreciated (origin or maker?) Thanks as always :)
