Featured Gold Ring - Victorian?

I wasn't able to find any other info on what the differences are, but could it be that the town mark would never be placed before the carat no.?

So, what is the possible date range for @Adambd13 's ring? My brain isn't able to put all of this together.

Yes, it is the crown mark for gold and the anchor for Birmingham.

Yes, this is the date that came up when I originally searched, but I still wanted to double check with the experts. And apologies for typing Sheffield, I must have been typing faster than my brain was thinking (it wouldn't be the first time)! Thanks for all of your comments so far. Adam
