Featured I've had this small vase for a long time

    But likely not an antique. The inside is glazed, probably to waterproof it, but the outside is bisque. I like the colors. Unknown origin.

    That is what I was thinking. I have had a few. But mine were marked as such

    That’s what I thought too was Nemadji. But every piece of that I’ve ever seen was marked as such. I also thought of Niloak. But all of that I’ve ever seen was marked too.
    But I’m glad we were able to solve the mystery and I learned something from it.

    This doesn't look like any Morton pottery I am familiar with. Maybe it is documented but would like to see more than the links provided. It is more like Garden of the Gods pottery. Used a cold-painted oil slick on water technique. We had an informative thread on this type of pottery not too long ago. Garden of the Gods made a lot of this type of pottery for others.
