Help with another bit hiding in a tub, I hope this isn't a repeat, I guess my recall is failing me.
This tumbler is 4 1/2" tall and 3 1/4" in diameter at the top. The glaze is finely crazed with gold spritzed about. I originally thought McCoy but can't find anything like it. 20260119_171909.jpg 20260119_171919.jpg 20260119_171929.jpg

As always, many thanks for any help.

say_it_slowly The worst prison is a closed heart

The closest pattern I've found that has the right elements is a George Jones / Crescent pottery pattern called Birds and Bloom.

I don't think it's quite right but I can't find a tumbler or some other close shape to check.

I had thought it looked familiar but don't know why.

@Marote You had me for a moment! I did click on it. Oh my. I've been trying to go through things I've had stashed for some time. The weather is not conducive to shopping so I'm sorting and cleaning old stuff and I really don't remember what I've researched and what I haven't. Time for a cleanout? Working on it!
@say_it_slowly That's close but no cigar. Years ago I had a bluebird vase that @dgbjwc (I think) identified as Mccoy and I sold it on ebay for a very nice price. It didn't have the gold or the same glaze. Wishful thinking on my part.
Thanks everyone! It will go back into the pile for now.

I think janetpjohn is on the right track. I'm really not seeing anything in this piece that reminds me of McCoy. McCoy's bluebirds were different. Most McCoy bluebirds looked more like bright decals. Your piece is quite lovely though. It would make a nice desk piece for pens and/or pencils.
