Featured Vtg Embossed Blue & White Flower Vase w Handles-need help identifying

Discussion in 'Pottery, Glass, and Porcelain' started by Robin L. Kiskunes, Jan 20, 2026.

  1. Hello,

I have this vintage embossed blue & white flower vase w handles and no markings. Can someone please help me identify what type of vase this is, where it could have been produced, in what year, and is this a ceramic or pottery hand painted vase? I see no markings on this vase. Thanks very much.

Did you find this one on eBay France? Item #324687263435. Seller says 1960s Italy.

No, of course not. And especially when the seller says "handmade." But interestingly, the Romanian one has a stopper.

that most likely is a cork...making the item an oil bottle , likely.

The mark from the Romanian listing looks like a crown over a shield surrounded by a wreath. Not sure what's on the shield.

One on the internet was described as a wine bottle. OP hasn't given size so we don't know if that makes sene.

So likely a novelty wine bottle missing its stopper.

I'm seeing that Bardi decanters were imported by Mission Cellars International of Los Angeles. No postal code so pre-1963. Wine was low quality "red wine" and undrinkable, of course.
