13” Tall Fluted Fan Vase

Hello, I just won this vase at auction and I was wondering if anyone has seen similar vases? Photos are from the auctioneers, and I can’t really make out the base. Really detailed though

i don't necessarily mean sterling by the way either.........

 

Not saying this is correct but it makes me want to look at it magnified in different lighting etc just in case it actually has more letters.

Or testing, maybe.

 

Except the writing looks like it was done with a dremel or other engraving tool, by hand. It's likely the original owner's name, or part of it.
