    The only thing is there is no maker mentioned.
    So do I just call it Novy Bor Glassworks?

    I'm not sure you'll find a better attribution. If I was listing it I think I would title it something like "Beautiful Novy Bor Bohemia Vase in Amber with Applied Floral Decoration and Gold Trim". I think there's a more specific term for that type of enameled decoration but the term is escaping me at the moment.
