    I find it works for me when I do shows. If I have a couple of expensive items in my booth I think it draws lookers in. I also think it gives buyers confidence that the moderately priced items are what I say they are and worth what I am asking.

    They say everything has a price. A friend of mine had about thousand acre
    It may be high priced because he doesn't want to sell. I have a friend that had land in LA (that's Lower Alabama) that he ran cattle on. He was approached by a South Korean consortium about the land. He said it wasn't for sale, but they said everything is for sale at the right price. He still refused. They said name a price so he pulled a ridiculously high price out of the air, to the tune of a few million dollars. They wrote him a check... then leased the land back to him for his cattle operation.
