Featured Small Statue Help

    I just picked up this small statue and I have no idea of who it is? The cap and cape, the water bucket, and he is yelling! Any clues??

    Maybe he is a water seller? Seems a bit well dressed, though. Wondering if he is meant to be Turkish, something that way?

    Very unusual base.

    Those high heels don't look Greek or Turkish to me. They were fashionable in the western half of the European continent. But if an artist in, say, Germany made such a statuette, the may have added boots that were more familiar.
