You couldn't get one board for that now. Ten bucks is stealing, but that's the state of brown furniture. The walnut piece with its original marble wouldn't go for that price here. You'd be lucky to find a buyer at all.

Have been struggling with editing photos now that I have switched to Windows 11. I am getting it figured out but it is not nearly as straightforward as before. May need to get different editing software.

Anyway, here are a few things I have seen out and about. I did not buy any of them.

This buffet was huge and heavy. I am guessing about 7' long and in great condition. Pads for top included. Priced at $99.00.

This sturdy little table was only $5.00.

    This side-by-side secretary was $109.00. I was tempted ;)

I might have made off with the table, but not the other two. The sideboard might outweigh me, and I weigh a lot.

Finally got around to editing some photos. This is all stuff I have seen in the past few months.

This teak frame chair was only $4.00. Had to buy it at that price ;). Could not find a maker/designer. The water stains on the side of the cushion cleaned up pretty well. Rest of the upholstery was great. Sold first day in the shop for $59.00.

This dome top trunk was $19.00. Had the tray inside. I did not buy it. Have seen several trunks in the $10-20 range lately. They do sell pretty quickly at that price but sit if any higher.

This looks MCM but was actually a modern piece made in Vietnam. Overpriced at $29.00 and still sitting there last time I checked.

This oak work bench was a bit of a basket case. Looks like the drawers were there. It is missing some feet. Not sure what the plywood tacked on to the side was about. Might have been a lift-up extension now that I think of it. Reasonably priced at $15.00 but I did not buy it. I am sure it would have been very sellable if I had wanted to put the work in.

Had to buy this big clunky table for $19.00. Really not as bad as it looks and a little sprucing should do wonders for it. Have not done anything with it as of yet.

This blanket chest was a steal at $12.00. I kind of regret not buying it but they do not sell as readily as they once did.

Lastly, this poor platform rocker has been sitting for well over a month now. Nothing wrong with it and it is priced only $10.00. Shows how out of fashion this is.

The platform rocker needs to be marketed as a New Mother Special. Rocking chairs are the best thing going for babies who won't go to sleep. I swear there are only 25 platform rockers in existence, passed from new mom to new mom.

..where it rocked more babies and the occasional adult, and likely still does.

I had 2, one old one new. Well now the new is 36 y/o. Son & DIL still have the very old chair which resides in my son’s office!
Yes, rocked 3 grandkids, youngest is 6.
