Featured Little clay figures, Who, where, when

    I picked these up today. I really like the expressions. only some impressed marks on the bottom. I would love to know who made them and when they were made.

    Well, there are such things as Persian melons & Persian lamb (fur).

    Really fun figures.:happy:
    They are signed in Latin script, so I think Turkey. Those boots also look Turkish to me.

    That's awesome. Thanks for narrowing it down for me. I hadn't thought Latin. I couldn't find any other examples.

    Searching Turkish clay figures was promising. Found some on Ebay with the similar markings.
