Looks like possibly a custom wax seal stamp but the size reminds me of lipstick cases I have sold in the past. Not sure if it would be strong enough to stamp an item Sterling Silver. Maybe you could use it as your personal seal for "Stylish Salvage". That's my 2 cents worth. Cool items.

 

I doubt it's a stamp. It would look backwards.
