    Hi,
Working on a death pile of things I’ve yet to identify. Image search didn’t work for me. A few others said, Miriam Haskell, Dior, etc based on their image searches.

I don’t see MH but I don’t know a lot about her stuff. Most of the pieces I’ve ever had over the years never look anything like this.

Does the construction of this piece lead to who made it? I’m at a loss.

    Thank you for helping.

Not Delizza and Elster for sure. They didn't leave foiled stones open like that, and the metal work is all wrong. I don't think Shreiner did either. The clasp looks late 60s to early 70s if that helps. It fits with the design. The problem is there were dozens to hundreds of American companies, and I'm pretty sure the metal is American, who could have done it. If they were "jobbing" for a retailer, the box would have been marked with a random brand name or the store's name, and the actual maker was anonymous. D&E was one of the few who "jobbed" who left telltales. A lot of the rest were never known.
