Small Coty perfume

Wasn't quite sure where to put this . . .

Coty L'AIMANT purse (I think) perfume.
Does anyone have a time frame for this?

Two inches high, including screw-on top.
It has a glass insert with a pink plastic bottom.
The bottle does not come out, as far as I can tell.

 

I had this one for years and just dropped it recently:

Coty l'origan - (the bottom is a pair of lips)

 

So I guess they used them for different ones.
They are sort of lips, but only if one has two upper lips.
