Featured Western-themed lamp

This lamp appeared today in a local antique shop. While it looks old, i.e. 1940’s or 1950’s, i have my doubts as the paper label inside appears to be modern. Is anyone familiar with Truewest Design? Would love to know when they were making these cool lamps.

It doesn't look all that old to me, it's not beat up enough. A very cool lamp although I think $145 is a bit pricey. Maybe take the 1 off and it might be in my price range.

 

The ad that Debora found refers to that as a sconce. Is there something on the back that would allow it to be hung on a wall? Seems to stand up well by itself without hanging. Or, can "sconce" refer to a standing lamp?

 

There are mounting holes on the back, so could be hung on the wall.

 

Not that it matters but.. editorial content, not an ad.
