Small Blue Pottery Vase Ohio Clay?

    This stands 3 7/8" tall. Base looks like Ohio clay. Can anyone ID?

    If you can clean the base, may be faint marks. Resembles a few small Teco ones I sold recently. Could also be Van Briggle or others than make that shape/color.
