Antique? Blob top bottle age please

It is 9 1/2" tall, two seams, bubbles, and leans to one side a bit. with wire and some kind of metal stopper, not porcelain. Bottle has a green cast to it.
I am also showing the bottom. was .50 at an estate sale this morning.

Here is a better pic of the stopper that i found some printing on the bottom. all I can make out is stopper Co.

"Gem Stopper Co." around the top, "Phila, PA" around the bottom and "2" in the middle. Here is a Gem Stopper 3 on a bottle:

This type of wire stopper might be called a Lightning type closure?
