Any Easter Bunny Idea?

We picked up this very cool bunny in a thrift store recently. It was not priced for a thrift shop, but neat enough to pay extra for.

Does anyone have an idea of who made this? We're fairly certain it's not Steiff. There's no button hole, and the arms/legs don't move.

 

That does look like mohair . Id guess older ?

 

My wife did say it was mohair. That's why she bought it. She thinks it's old. She just likes to know about the stuff she buys.
