I found this at a thrift store last week. I think its a swagger stick, possibly Thai?, but does anyone know what the stamp is on the top of the cap? Silver?
And what looks like a Brahman bull?
    Thanks!

upload_2026-3-23_10-58-46.png This looks like a version of a "caduceus", which has been used as a medical symbol, but also is the symbol for Hermes, the Greek messenger god. Can you show the other images on this end of the stick?

Also a photo of the top of the stick please.

The script is one of the SE Asian scripts imo, and the checkerboard pattern looks like a calendar used to calculate auspicious days.

So you did, I didn't realize that was the top because the top looks slightly domed in the other photos. Could be my eyesight.:watching:;)

The mark is probably a maker's mark, an initial.

I was thinking it looked like a maker's mark on a silver mark. Sanskrit????
