A non-native English speaker from the spelling of "Alsacien". Anything on the back?

Or a native French speaker writing the French word "Alsacien" (Alsatian). It isn't unusual for people who speak several languages to play with languages and mix words. We do it all the time in our family, many Dutch people do.
