    Yes its either a Chinese or Korean "Cash Coin"
    They are very common, millions upon millions were struck.
    I have the books to research these but there are so many it is hardly worth it in that condition.

    You look at those old Chinese wicker sewing baskets, the lids are frequently decorated with bits of silk and Peking glass beads... and this type of coin.
