    Greetings all,

Sorry I can't offer a closer view or a clearer picture, this is all I have to work with for now. Does anyone recognize these flatware marks or the potential maker?

Do you know the material? Silverplate?

That’s what I’m trying to solve. I’m currently asking for clearer photos from the seller but this is all I got so far. Just to get this photo took a week...

It's not a mark I'm familiar with but if you are considering buying these, I would ask the seller to clean the knife handle and then post another picture of it cleaned. The black dots evident in the photo you did get, look like the first stage of "pitting".

These pieces look vaguely "European modern" to me - Last 20-25 years, German maybe? Tried my best to zoom in on the mark, but that didn't end up helping.

    Looks like 1970s Danish Modern
Edited: Taking back the most likely stainless. Maybe not after I enlarged the mark.

    I don't recognize the mark.

I'm getting a Danish vibe from them.

Hard to see the mark...Mt immediate thought was Danish.

Thank you all for the guesses, I thought Danish was a good place to look also. Got a better photo today, and I'm happy to see my nose is still working:

There are a few Gorham sterling patterns with this general shape, but they each have a different design on the front. If you want to know the pattern name, you should get a picture of the front side.

    Thanks Bakersgma,

I'm hopefully working out a deal to purchase a set. If the deal goes through and I see the items were mailed, I'll post details. Heck, if the deal falls through I'll post the details, but I try to limit information until it's all done. I know the pattern, I just don't want to post any extra info from the listing until it's complete.

The deal was made, here's what I'm getting (not a rock bottom price but I think I'll do ok depending on the bottom drawer and the tea spoons on the right):

Nice haul! The iced tea sipping straws on the far right will probably be sterling too, I can't recall ever having any that weren't sterling.
In the bottom drawer, the 2 servers on the right appear to be International silverplate, Interlude. The pierced ladle in the bottom drawer is very interesting, hope it's a nice surprise on the backside.
