Help Identifying Maker and Date (Doll/Child Tea Set)

    I am trying to identify the date and maker of a child tea set I was given. The pieces I have are exceptionally well loved and worn. "Germany" is backmarked in cursive on the bottom as well as numbers, however, I can only make out 3 3 of the numbers. I believe I have identified the set as once having gold and pink flowers at one point. All I have are the 2 cups, the creamer and sugar bowl. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Turn of the 20th c, possibly late 19th. Very sweet. Not sure that a particular factory can be ID'd.
