Another Air Twist Wine Glass - Dutch?

Still going through my lot of c. 1800 stems. This one doesn't look Anglo-Irish: diamond pattern bowl, worn gilt edge, and a neat red edge white twist stem. The base is slightly irregular and the white speck is in the glass. I'm thinking possibly Dutch but I dunno.

I lean towards Venice, but it could be Dutch. Mid-late 17th century Dutch glass blowers often made glass 'à la façon de Venise', in the Venetian style, more so than other countries. And they used that red, like these:
