At least I guess it is a bracelet. Too delicate for a fob.

Not counting the chain, it measures 5.75 inches long by 1 inch wide.

 

That would work for a bracelet.

Where did you find it? Underground? Can it be made to look any nicer? Doesn't seem like a bracelet to me, but maybe that's just because it's rough.

 

I just finished restoring the cemetery I have been working on and found it during the site cleanup.

I think it was originally plated. It looks like it could be 1930s-40s.
